Standards & pressure class: Forged flanges are supplied to ANSI B16.5 / B16.47, API 605, MSS SP-44, AWWA, and other listed specs; pressure class, facing (RF, FF, RTJ), bore, and drilling are checked against your purchase order and drawings. |

Tube sheets & baffles: Hole patterns, ligaments, pass-partition slots, and support notches can be machined per TEMA or project layouts; clad and solid plate options follow your corrosion and strength requirements. |
|
Materials & certificates: Carbon, low-temp, high-yield, stainless, duplex, alloy, and clad grades are offered with MTC to EN 10204 type 3.1/3.2 when specified; PMI and hardness checks are available on request. |
|
What to send for a quote: NPS, class, flange type (WN, SO, blind, etc.), facing, schedule/bore, material spec, and standard - for tube sheets send drawing PDF with tube layout and plate thickness - we reply with feasibility and delivery. |
