1. Pressure Vessel & Boiler Quality Steel (ASTM/ASME/EN)

ASTM A516 / SA516: Grade 60, 65, 70 (Normalized condition available). Ideal for moderate and lower temperature service.

ASTM A537 / SA537: Class 1 & Class 2 Heat-treated carbon manganese silicon steel for pressure vessels.

ASTM A285 / SA285: Grade C for low-to-intermediate tensile strength carbon steel.

HIC Resistant Steel: Hydrogen Induced Cracking resistant steel for sour service environments in oil & gas projects.

2. Alloy Steel & High-Temperature Service (Chrome-Moly)

ASTM A387 / SA387: Grade 11, 12, 22, 5, 9, 91 (Class 1 and 2). Widely used in weldable pressure vessels and industrial boilers.

ASTM A204 / SA204: Molybdenum alloy steel plates for high-temperature service.

3. Stainless Steel, Duplex & Super Duplex

Austenitic: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 317L, 321, 347, 309S, 310S.

Duplex & Super Duplex: UNS S31803 (F51), S32205 (F60), S32750 (F53), S32760 (F55). High strength and excellent pitting resistance (PREN > 40).

Finishes: No.1 (Hot Rolled), 2B (Cold Rolled), BA, No.4, Hairline, Mirror (No.8).

4. Structural & Shipbuilding Steel

ASTM A36 / A572: Grade 50, 60, 65. General structural steel.

Shipbuilding Grades: ABS, DNV, LR, BV, GL, KR, NK, RINA (Grade A, B, D, E, AH32, DH36, EH36).

5. Value-Added Services & Quality Control

Certifications: EN10204 3.1 & 3.2 (with Third Party Inspection).

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to ASTM A435/A578, Magnetic Particle (MT), Dye Penetrant (PT).

Mechanical Testing: Charpy V-Notch Impact Test, Hardness Test, Tensile Test, Bend Test, Z-test (Through thickness properties).

Processing: CNC Plasma/Oxy-fuel cutting, Water-jet cutting, Laser cutting, Edge beveling (V, U, X types), Shot-blasting & Priming.
