RFQ template (copy & paste)
Copy the template below and paste it into the inquiry form or email. Fill in what you know; we can help confirm the rest.
Do you provide MTC (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2)?
Yes. MTC documentation (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2) is available by request, with traceability support.
Can you support duplex and nickel alloy pipes?
Yes. Duplex (S31803/S32205/S32750) and nickel alloy grades such as N06625 and N10276 are available depending on order.
How do I request inspection scope?
Please specify required tests (PMI, hydrostatic test, NDT) and the applicable standard. We will confirm feasibility and lead time.
Can you supply pipes by schedule and with PE/BE ends?
Yes. Please specify the required schedule (e.g. SCH 10/40/80) and end finish (Plain End / Beveled End). We will confirm availability by grade and size.
What information should I include in an RFQ?
Grade/material, standard, size (NPS or OD), wall (WT or schedule), length, quantity, end finish (PE/BE), inspection scope (PMI/NDT/Hydro), and destination. We will reply with lead time and inspection scope.
What lengths do you supply (12 m / random length)?
Typical delivery is 6 m or 12 m fixed length, or random length depending on grade and mill practice. Please specify your preferred length and tolerance in the RFQ.
Do you support coating/packing and corrosion service requirements (NACE)?
Yes. Export packing options are available (bundle, end caps, wooden box/crate by request). Coating/marking and corrosion service requirements such as NACE can be reviewed based on the project specification.
