| Pre-insulated tubing bundle is comprised of one or more tube that are packaged in a weatherproofed, insulated jacket to provide freeze protection or temperature maintenance. These bundles utilize steam or electric tracing, and depending on the tracer used, can be cut to length in the field. Tracing strategy (Type S / ST / ET): Single-jacket bundles (Type S) suit stable process lines where only passive insulation is required. Steam-traced (Type ST) bundles maintain analyzer sample and impulse lines above dew point or freeze point using plant steam availability and condensate handling. Electric-traced (Type ET) bundles fit locations without reliable steam, tight temperature control, or classified areas where self-regulating or constant-wattage circuits must meet IEEE-style heat-tracing practice and project electrical specs. |

Thermal insulation and jacketing: Non-hygroscopic glass fiber insulation limits in-leakage of moisture into the annulus, preserves low k-value over life, and keeps outer-surface temperatures within safe-touch limits where required. FR-PVC, TPU, TPE, or LSZH outer jackets are selected for UV exposure, chemical splash, flame spread, and smoke/halogen constraints on refineries, LNG sites, and offshore modules. |

Tube materials and process compatibility: Process tubes in stainless (304/316/316L), copper, nickel alloys, or PFA/PTFE liners are matched to fluid, chloride level, and cleanliness (general service vs. analyzer-grade). Bundle design coordinates OD, wall, maximum lengths, bend radius after insulation, and connection style (compression, weld stub, or manifold block) with your P&ID and hook-up drawings. |

Field routing and documentation: Factory-built lengths reduce on-site insulation labor; field cuts require agreed procedures for tracer termination, re-sealing the jacket, and re-test. Typical documentation includes insulation and tracing datasheets, test records for pressure and jacket spark/continuity, and material certificates for tubes and trace heaters aligned to your inspection and test plan (ITP). |
