Technical Specifications by Product

1. Gasket

	Types: Spiral-wound, ring joint (RTJ), kammprofile, soft-cut sheet, and jacketed gaskets for raised-face and ring-joint flanges.
	Standards & ratings: Supplied per ASME B16.20, B16.21, EN 1514, JIS, and project class/pressure-temperature tables (e.g. Class 150–2500).
	Materials: Stainless windings (304/316L), flexible graphite or PTFE filler, non-asbestos sheet; MTC and traceability on request.

2. Sight Glass

	Design: Bolted or clamp window assemblies for vessels and piping with borosilicate or toughened glass disc per pressure/temperature rating.
	Mounting: Flanged ends to ASME B16.5 / EN 1092-1; gasket and bolting matched to flange class; optional illumination or wiper ports per drawing.
	Documentation: Hydro test, material certs for body and glass, and third-party witness when specified in the inquiry.

3. Quick Opening Closure

	Application: Manways and horizontal vessel heads for pig launchers/receivers, filters, and separators; quick access without full flange breakout.
	Safety: Clamp, bayonet, or swing-bolt styles with pressure-warning devices and interlocks per ASME Section VIII and API-type practices where applicable.
	Data for quote: Design pressure/temperature, nozzle size, corrosion allowance, and required code (ASME/API) for nozzle reinforcement review.

4. Wire Rod

	Grades: Carbon and alloy wire rod for cold heading, mesh, or redraw; stainless grades available for corrosion-resistant applications.
	Supply form: Mill coils with heat/lot ID; typical diameters and coil weights per mill listing—confirm target end use (fastener, wire drawing, welding wire feedstock).
	Certs: Chemical and mechanical MTC (EN 10204 3.1) aligned to ASTM, JIS, or KS as agreed.

5. Expansion Joint

	Types: Metal bellows for axial, lateral, and angular movement; tied or untied; internally/externally pressurized designs per EJMA-based calculation.
	Materials: Austenitic stainless (321, 316L), high-nickel alloys for high temperature; flanges or weld ends to match piping class.
	Inquiry data: Fluid, design/movement cycles, pressure, temperature, and connected equipment loads for spring rate and fatigue review.

6. Cutting Pipes

	Scope: Cold cutting tools and services for pipe and prep for welding—site cuts with square, bevel-ready ends where the tool specification allows.
	Compatibility: Carbon, stainless, and duplex pipe within stated OD/thickness ranges; confirm wall schedule and access clearance before ordering.
	Quality: Dimensional check and NDT of weld prep can follow your ITP after cutting.

7. Forged Fitting

	Product forms: Socket-weld and threaded forged elbows, tees, couplings, unions, caps, and bushings per ASME B16.11 and related dimensional standards.
	Materials: Carbon (ASTM A105), low alloy, and stainless forgings (A182 F304/F316/F51, etc.) with correct marking and heat code traceability.
	Pressure class: 2000 / 3000 / 6000 lb classes as stamped; match to piping rating and hydro test requirements.

8. Clad & Overlay

	Processes: Weld overlay (strip or wire), roll-bonded clad plate, or in-shop built-up corrosion-resistant alloy layers on carbon or low-alloy base metal.
	Alloys: 308L, 309L, 316L, Inconel 625, and other CRA overlays for sour service or chloride resistance per project metallurgy.
	QA: PMI, ferrite check, UT of bond zone, and bend/shear tests per WPS/PQR documentation.

9. Plug

	Use: Pipe and vessel plugs for hydrostatic testing, isolation, or temporary seal-off; threaded, flanged, or mechanical lock types per application.
	Materials & pressure: Carbon steel, stainless, or brass bodies with elastomer or metal seals; rated pressure must match system test pressure and temperature.
	Safety: Use only with retained locking devices where required; never exceed manufacturer pressure limits.
