Fabrication scope: Cylindrical shells for pressure equipment and structural pipe are built from qualified plate, rolled to diameter, then joined by longitudinal and girth welds under procedures matched to your code (e.g. ASME VIII, project specs). |

Materials & standards: Carbon, alloy, and stainless grades are supplied per ASTM / API / KS-JIS listings in the table above; MTC, heat numbers, and replates follow your ITP and traceability rules. |

Welding & heat treatment: SAW / GMAW / FCAW and other qualified WPS can be applied; PWHT or stress relief is scheduled when thickness and code require it. |
 |
Inspection & tests: Dimensional checks, NDT (UT/RT/PT/MT as specified), and hydrostatic or pneumatic tests are released with reports before shipment - send ID/OD, length, thickness, design pressure, and code for a feasibility review. |
