ASEA METAL supplies high precision (precise) tubes in Korea for small OD and thin wall requirements.
Typical tolerance is ±0.02 mm for OD/WT.
We support Bright Annealed (BA) tube and Electropolished (EP) tube options for semiconductor grade tubing, pharmaceutical grade stainless tube, and sanitary tubing, with inspection records and MTC documentation for export projects.
We manufacture precision tubes in Korea for small OD and tight tolerance stainless tube service, including high-purity tubing and ID (inner diameter) controlled tube requirements by specification. Typical stainless selections include ASTM A269 TP316L and ASTM A269 TP304L with BA/EP finish options as required; VOD / VIM-VAR remelt options can be reviewed by RFQ where applicable. Surface roughness targets (Ra value) and cleanliness packages (cleaning, nitrogen purge, end capping) can be aligned to your ITP for export deliveries.
