We supply plates and sheets from Korea to support fabrication and machining projects. Typical pressure vessel plate includes ASTM A516 / ASME SA516 Grade 70, and structural plate can include ASTM A36 where specified. Stainless and duplex plate supply can be reviewed per project grade list. UT scope (e.g., ASTM A578) and MTC documentation (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2) can be aligned to your ITP. ASEA METAL is a Korean supplier supporting export packing and documentation control.

1. Pressure Vessel & Boiler Quality Steel (ASTM/ASME/EN)
We specialize in Carbon Steel Plates for pressure vessels operating at intermediate and lower temperatures.
- ASTM A516 / SA516: Grade 60, 65, 70 (Normalized condition available). Ideal for moderate and lower temperature service.
- ASTM A537 / SA537: Class 1 & Class 2 Heat-treated carbon manganese silicon steel for pressure vessels.
- ASTM A285 / SA285: Grade C for low-to-intermediate tensile strength carbon steel.
- HIC Resistant Steel: Hydrogen Induced Cracking resistant steel for sour service environments in oil & gas projects.
2. Alloy Steel & High-Temperature Service (Chrome-Moly)
For elevated temperature and corrosion resistance, we supply Chromium-Molybdenum alloy plates.
- ASTM A387 / SA387: Grade 11, 12, 22, 5, 9, 91 (Class 1 and 2). Widely used in weldable pressure vessels and industrial boilers.
- ASTM A204 / SA204: Molybdenum alloy steel plates for high-temperature service.
3. Stainless Steel, Duplex & Super Duplex
Expertise in corrosion-resistant alloys for chemical processing and marine environments.
- Austenitic: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 317L, 321, 347, 309S, 310S.
- Duplex & Super Duplex: UNS S31803 (F51), S32205 (F60), S32750 (F53), S32760 (F55). High strength and excellent pitting resistance (PREN > 40).
- Finishes: No.1 (Hot Rolled), 2B (Cold Rolled), BA, No.4, Hairline, Mirror (No.8).
4. Structural & Shipbuilding Steel
High-tensile steel for construction and offshore platforms.
- ASTM A36 / A572: Grade 50, 60, 65. General structural steel.
- Shipbuilding Grades: ABS, DNV, LR, BV, GL, KR, NK, RINA (Grade A, B, D, E, AH32, DH36, EH36).
